Benjamin L. Rasche, J. D., is a member and founding partner of Schneider Rasche LLC. Mr. Rasche has over 19 years of experience in the estate planning field. In 2001, Benjamin Rasche began his legal career at Law Offices of Richard B. Schneider, LLC. The positive relationship that he developed from that association with Richard Schneider led to the formation of their current partnership.

Benjamin L. Rasche, J.D., is a member and founding partner of Schneider Rasche LLC. Mr. Rasche has over 19 years of experience in the estate planning field. In 2001, Benjamin Rasche began his legal career at Law Offices of Richard B. Schneider, LLC. The positive relationship that he developed from that association with Richard Schneider led to the formation of their current partnership.
Mr. Rasche is dedicated to educating clients on estate planning and how to best preserve and protect what matters most to them. To facilitate that objective, Benjamin Rasche focuses on learning each client’s specific needs and concerns, so that their estate plan can be tailored accordingly.
Mr. Rasche is a member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys. He is admitted to practice in the States of Oregon and Washington. He also co-authored the book entitled "Fundamentals of Oregon Estate Planning".
Education
Benjamin L. Rasche, J.D. is a graduate of the Northwestern School of Law at Lewis and Clark College, where he was an active member of student government. Mr. Rasche has a B.S. from the Kelly School of Business at Indiana University where he minored in economics and geology. In addition, Mr. Rasche studied economics at the European Union in Maastricht, Netherlands under a grant from the Center for International Business and Economic Research.
Personal
Mr. Rasche spends his free time with his wife and two children, enjoying all that the Great Northwest has to offer. He especially enjoys biking, skiing, hiking, camping and climbing. He has worked as a legal advocate for victims of domestic abuse and was a volunteer member of the Board for CASA for Children.
